Parts Executive

*Salary RM3000-RM4000*
Requirements:

  • 5 years warehousing experience, 2 years of it in the spare part warehouse is an advantage
  • Computer literate with knowledge in MS Excel and MS word a must
  • Proactive and excellent execution skills
  • Supervisory and people management skill
  • Good interpersonal and people skill
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Sense of urgency
  • Can do attitude


Responsibility:

  • To manage spare parts warehouse operation, space and resources
  • To generate spare parts outright sales documents i.e Pick list, D/O, Invoice & CN
  • Issuing and receiving spare parts on a timely and accurate manner
  • On time fulfillment, ensure spare parts deliver to ASC on timely basis
  • Spare parts return from ASC monitoring.
  • Spare parts tracking and labeling is properly done
  • Attend and respond to phone enquiry
  • Ensure proper filing of spare parts documents
