Operation (Hypermarket/Logistic) Manager - MNC

  Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree in any related field
  • At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience in Logistic
  • Preferably candidate with hand-on experience in Cross-Docking (Hypermarket).
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
  • Excellent in MS office application
  • Excellent communication (written & spoken) in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Candidate is able to speak in Chinese is added advantage
  • Resourceful, positive attitude and has pleasant personality
  • Excellent negotiation skills, influential and  persuasive
  • Leadership, customer oriented and organisational awareness
  • SAP/WMS knowledge is added advantage
  • Full-Time & immediate position available

 
  Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the process and procedure are strictly adhered/monitored.
  • Supervise, delegate & monitor staff.
  • Liaise and coordinate with client and customer’s outlets on issues relating to operational.
  • Liaise and coordinate with suppliers as well as Customer on queries on DO, and items delivery.
  • Make sure subordinates perform up to the client's standard.
  • Establish and monitor KPI standard as agreed with client.
  • Ensure all reports and billing are vetted by the department prior sending to HQ.
  • Ensure Safety & Health procedures are strictly adhered.
  • Ensure procedures are implemented.
  • Monitor and improve the operation productivity .
  • To ensure the KPI report as well as billing is submit on time to management and customer. 
  • Ensure delivery discrepancies report is feedback or respond in agreed time.
  • Monitor on daily basis all KPI data.
  • Cross training for staff to ensure multi skill competency.
  • Responsible to inventory accuracy is achieved to target required
  • Responsible to communicate with customer on operational issues on raw material and finish good
  • Make sure warehouse cost is operated under the budget.
