Requirements:
- Candidate
must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,
Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics,
Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Secretarial, Logistic/Transportation or
equivalent.
- Required
language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
- At least 2
year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
position.
- Full-Time
positions available.

Responsibility:
- Issue
purchase orders to supplier upon receipt confirmation of orders from
clients
- Manage
order confirmation
- Confirming
delivery date, issuing shipping documents (invoices, packing list,
etc.) and
handling external export requirements
- Assist
and attend to customer demands promptly on phone and in writing
- Handling
of orders internally and externally
- Invoicing
and follow-up of outstanding payments
- Liaise
with sales, project management and the counterparts in other
international
subsidiaries
- Oversee
the purchase order management and liaise with suppliers on stocks
related
activities.
- Any other
logistics, expediting and admin related works.
