Inventory Management Executive
 Petaling Jaya Area
*Salary RM1800-RM2500*
Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in any relevant field

  • Preferably with 1 year working experience in inventory management.

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Ability to speak Chinese will be added advantage.

  • Possess strong customer service skills , good analytical and problem solving abilities

  • Independent, has initiative and capable to take up new challenges

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Immediate and permanent position available.

  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply. 


Responsibility:
  • Attend Authorized Service Centre’s enquiries and provide them part information, pricing, code number and etc

  • To process and control parts (warranty and non warranty) fulfillments to Authorized Service Centre.

  • To forecast part purchase, purchase budget and place purchase requisition to regional office.

  • Maintain inventory and stockholding targets; manage stock movements and reconciliation in system.

  • Keep track outstanding order from internal/ external requestors and liaise closely with regional office on stock fulfillment.

  • Provide feedback towards improving the existing workflows by proposing corrective and preventive actions.

  • Compile records and statistics on inventory, part usage and fulfillment, prepares reports.
