Requirements:
- At least 2-3
years’ of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for purchasing, shipping and
tracking/monitoring
of items, both overseas and local.
- Assist in EDI order processing, costing, import
& export
coordination with forwarder & regulatory pharmacist.
- To drive and manage sourcing and execution of
procurement
work plan in order to ensure delivery to various business and
functions.
- To manage Master data management in the procurement
and
resolve issues related to incorrect or invalid data.
- Analyze, manage
and prepare reports on the
freight/transportation and other logistics related cost
- To monitor the
activities of end-users and suppliers in the
procurement system to proactively correct non-compliant workflow
activities.
- Preparation of
monthly reports (including analysis) as
required by HQ/internal customers/government.
- Assist in
inventory management (including audit physical
stock and submit monthly or yearly stock statement)
- Maintain
effective liaison with suppliers and enhance
logistics support to business divisions.
- Organize monthly
S&OP meeting to manage inventory at
optimum level and achieve company objectives & service level
- Plan, develop,
implement & maintenance of processes, SOP
& KPIs for continuous Improvement initiative in the department
- To
assist on other customer service duties as and when
assigned
