Requirements:
- 2 Years of
technical support
experience/ Fresh graduate
- Excellent
ability on operating &
troubleshooting windows applications
- Experienced
in software product
support
- Sound
understanding of Windows OS
(XP/7/Servers), Windows Networking & internet
/ network related configurations

Responsibilities:
- 1st
Level Support for company products (security).
- Collect
requests / complaints and troubleshoot or escalate to supervisor
/ 2nd level support.
- Able
to communicate with the clients on resolving matters.
- On
site/remote implementation.
