Requirements:
- Minimum
Diploma/Degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent
- At least 1
year of working experience in the related field
- Knowledge in Cisco and Juniper networking products
will be an added advantage
- Ability to
work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong
analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent
communication skills as well as good interpersonal and presentation
skills
- Willing to
learn and hard working

Reponsibities:
- Provide
system support to customer on network solution such as LAN, WAN,
wireless and security
- Provide
project implementation and installation to customer on network solution
- Provide
on-site support for maintenance contract customer on network products
- Provide
on-site troubleshooting support to customer on network system
- Provide 24
hours phone support on network products, if necessary
- Other duties
assigned by your superior
