Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in related field.
- 2-3
years
working experience in e-Commerce development and implementation
- Knowledge
in e-Commerce marketing and sales will be an
added advantage
|
Responsibilities:
- To
ensure lively, creativity and user friendliness of the e-Commerce web
site, accuracy of and up-to-date information on the web site, and
integrity, availability and security of system and business data
- Support
and maintain company
e-commerce systems and sales related functions
- Provide
on-going help desk
support to end customers and participated dealers on
technical and operation issues
- Monitor
daily e-commerce
related sales and ensure smooth running of operations
- Coordinate with system
provider and make sure required system is delivered on time and meet
company
requirement
- To
coordinate with Advertising & Promotions,
agency and software vendor the system flow for promotional campaign or
contest
that needs to be implemented
