Requirements:
- 5 years
experience with hands on operation on HR Oracle system / 2 full cycle
of Oracle HR implementation.

Responsibilities:
- To
ensure delivery of Oracle HR application supports, projects, service
delivery SLA, processes improvement,requirements and systems in Asia
Pacific.
- Provide
day to day 2nd Level Oracle HR application functional support
- Perform
root cause analysis and provide resolution for each escalated issue via
problem ticket raised
- Pro-active
identification and planning of improvements to in scope applications
- Manage
request for minor enhancement
- Configure
and test minor enhancement/ problem fix
- Design
and test minor enhancement
- Maintain
application design documentation
- Assist
HR application audit queries
- Participate
in global HR Technology projects and other initiatives.
- Participate
in Asia Pacific projects as a system subject matter expert (SME)
