Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree
in IT, Computer Science or any related field.
- Candidate
with call center / IT Helpdesk experience will be an advantage.
- At least 1
– 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Knowledge in
IBM lotus notes and RSA key is an added advantage.
- Fresh
graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Willing to
work on shift

Responsibilities:
- Interact with
users via telephone, e-mail to provide IT technical support for system
& applications.
- Providing 1st
level support and escalate unresolved calls to appropriate support
specialist or service group.
- To be the
customer’s single point of contact to ensure that in the case
of incidents affecting normal services, restoration of service is
achieved as soon as possible.
