IT Helpdesk Support

*Salary RM 2200 - RM 3500*

 
  Requirements:


  • Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science or any related field.
  • Candidate with call center / IT Helpdesk experience will be an advantage.
  • At least 1 – 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Knowledge in IBM lotus notes and RSA key is an added advantage.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Willing to work on shift
 

  Responsibilities:


  • Interact with users via telephone, e-mail to provide IT technical support for system & applications.
  • Providing 1st level support and escalate unresolved calls to appropriate support specialist or service group.
  • To be the customer’s single point of contact to ensure that in the case of incidents affecting normal services, restoration of service is achieved as soon as possible.
