Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's
Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology
or
equivalent
- At
least 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge
in troubleshooting for Windows based
application and hardware would be an advantage
- Good
organization skills with the ability to
manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly
- Ability
to work independently with minimum
supervision
- Good
analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
- To
provide single point of contact for customers by answering phone calls
&
emails.
- To
provide first Level (phone & email) troubleshooting and
resolution for
standard and hardware, software, printers and network/server.
- End to
end follow-up on incidents/requests to ensure proper closure and
confirmation
with customer.
