Customer Service Exec
(Technical Support)

Requiremen
ts:

  • Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering/Information Technology
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience
  • The ability to complete tasks with limited supervision
  • Have strong client satisfaction awareness
  • Excellentphone communication and customer service skill
  • Available both in normal working hour and shift

Responsibilities:

  • Provide level 1 technical support to premier customers by email, phone and remote on a timely basis
  • Answer phone calls and respond to email from customers at appointed on duty time
  • Timely respond on service request according to SLA
  • Level 1technical support including evaluation of service requests, problem analysis, collection of systems log and minimum remote troubleshooting
  • Manage the healthy progress of service requests. Ensure escalation to level 2 with the right information for on-site support
