Requirements:
- Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Computer
Engineering/Information Technology
- 1-2 years of relevant work experience
- The ability to complete tasks with limited supervision
- Have strong client satisfaction awareness
- Excellentphone communication and customer service
skill
- Available both in normal working hour and shift

Responsibilities:
- Provide level 1 technical support to premier
customers by email, phone and remote on a timely basis
- Answer phone calls and respond to email from
customers at appointed on duty time
- Timely respond on service request according to SLA
- Level 1technical support including evaluation of
service requests, problem analysis, collection of systems log and
minimum remote troubleshooting
- Manage the healthy progress of service requests.
Ensure escalation to level 2 with the right information for on-site
support
