Requirements:
- Diploma in
Computer or equivalent IT background
- 3+ years of
application support or development work
- Ability to
communicate well on technical matters
- Self-driven
and result oriented
- Knowledge of MSSQL database
- Knowledge
of report writing tool such as LogiXML or
Biz Objects.
- Contract
for 1 year, MNC

Responsibilities:
- To
act within the
framework of agreed instructions and procedures for the application.
- To ensure
that Content Management System (CMS) is operated and maintained in a professional environment.
- Provide Level
2 support and advice to CMS Super-users.
- Administer
required maintenance of the CMS database (MSSQL).
- Establish and
supervise required procedures and quality assurance systems to ensure
satisfactory data quality (data completeness, accuracy, time lag before
updating, etc.)
- Coordinate
customer feedback and suggestions for improvements.
- Liaise with
software provider regarding maintenance and changes.
- Maintain a
good dialogue with the CMS Super-users and End-users to ensure an
intentional usage of the system.
- Bring up with
responsible parties and solve possible problems. (Trouble-shooting)
- Establish and
run reports monitoring updates and checks of CMS registers and
database.
