• Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Electronic Engineering
• Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in office automation industry or IT   related fields
• Preferably with knowledge of Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
• MCP or MCSE Certification will be an advantage
• Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively for field service support
• Strong customer service orientation
• Fresh graduates without working experience are also encouraged to apply for entry

• Provide in-house or field service support on digital cameras, printers and multifunction office equipment
