Requirements:

• Responsible for coordinating and administering the process of servicing, repairing and liaising with customers for related service sales job activities  
• Involved in the reporting and updating of the customer complaint system, quality system and technical information  
• Provide an effective after-sales service program and to plan, implement and schedule jobs as per service program   
• Development of improved technical service to customers  
• Effective team working to ensure division and company objectives are achieved  
• Preferably at least 1 years working experience in related field  
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
