Requirements:
- Diploma
or Degree in any Engineering with knowledge in
air conditioning.
- Preferably
with minimum 2
years of working experience in sales / air conditioning industry.
- Good
command in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- PC
literate with proficiency in Microsoft Words and
Excel.
- Self-motivated,
result oriented, resourceful,
disciplined, dynamic team player and independent.
- Good
interpersonal and communication skills at all
level.
- Additional
training in our equipment technology will
be provided to enhance the skills of the successful candidate.
- Chinese male preferred.
- Applicants
must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya.
- Applicants
should be Malaysian citizens or hold
relevant residence status.
- Full-Time
positions available.

Responsibility:
- Attends
to customer complaints.
- Review
customer concerns with technical service personnel and take corrective
action
as required.
- Responsible
for coordinating technical services to customers on a timely and
efficient
basis.
- Provide
training to dealers / contractors
- Commission
and test new equipment / new installations.
- Support
service dealers in all spare parts / servicing matters.
- Review
customer concerns with technical service personnel and take corrective
action
as required.
- Review
pricing schemes for both service and spare to ensure competitiveness
and
profitability.
- Troubleshooting
and repair of units on site.
- Conducts
site inspection
