Requirements:
- Assist
in pre-contract negotiation with contractor and tender evaluation.
- Assist
in scheduling and tracking the progress and completion of works.
- Coordinate
with consultant and contractor on implementation of Plant expansion works.
- Monitor
and audit of works at site.
- Cost
control and highlight any problems that will impact on cost, schedule and
quality.

Responsibility:
- Diploma / Degree in Engineering
(Mechanical)
- 5 years’ relevant working experience under
either consultant or contractor environment in the mechanical & electrical
works discipline.
- Conversant in Microsoft Office, Microsoft
Project and basic knowledge of Autocad.
- Good knowledge of project management, site
coordination works and evaluation of claims.
- Good communication and negotiation skills
