Requirements:
- At least 3 years hands on experience preferably in highrise commercial
buildings.
- Possess Chargeman Competency Certificate (B0, B1, B2 & B4 /
A0, A1 & A4) by Suruhanjaya Bekalan Elektrik.
- Must be efficient with 33KV and 11KV HV and LV switchgears of highrise building
service maintenace functions.
- Good in interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for maintaining Mechanical and Electrical Systems of
the building.
- Daily monitoring of HT & LV switchboards, busducts, transformer,
switchgears and power supply
- Ensure all pumpset, generator and equipment in good
operating condition
- To carry out preventive maintenance according to SOP
- To supervise external contractors' works/services and monitor their
performances.
- To carry out in-house inspection and testing as assigned by the
management.
- To communicate with building occupants efficiently.
- Monitor renovation works following safety requirement
- To ensure that all emergency services are serviceable at all times.
