Responsibilities:
- Responsible to assist Engineer for
carried out maintenance, repair and servicing of all equipment in plant
room
- Responsible for boiler chemical dosage,
cooling tower chemical dosage, boiler blow down, softener water check,
safety valve testing maintain boiler pressure and boiler water level
check.
- Perform task independently, safety and
within the established man-hour budget.
- Responsible for operation of the boilers
system, air compressors system, chillers and cooling tower.
- Daily recorded gas consumption, water
consumption, chilled water temperature, air-compressor pressure and
feed water tank reading.
- Responsible for hourly parameter check
for boilers system, chillers system and air-compressors system.
- Comply with company rules and regulations
and adhered to company standards.
