Requirements:
- Possess
a Diploma or Degree with a minimum of 2
years' working experience.
- Those
with engineering background will have an
added advantage.
- You
must be able to communicate with people from
all levels.
- A
service-oriented individual who possesses
excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability
to work with minimum supervision
- Tactful,
service-oriented with a mature and self-motivated personality
- IT
literate (e.g. PC repairs and network knowledge)

Responsibilities:
- To provide quality after sales service, in
order to
meet the customer service level
- Carries out total system installation, software
upgrading and preventive maintenance of machines
- Provides key operator training and ensures the
correct usage of
the machines
- Keeps track of updated technical information
- Participates in keeping a positive relation
with the customer
- Identifies problems and completes on-site
repairs including
testing of the system or machines
- All other job-related activities delegated by
the jobholder's
Senior
- Preferably male 1-2 years of experiences in
technical service
environment, troubleshooting, sound knowledge of PC and networking
