Requirements:
- Candidate
must possess at least a Diploma, Degree in Business Studies, Commerce,
Marketing, Science/Technology or equivalent
- At least 4-5
years' working experience in call centre/helpdesk
- Proficient
in all Microsoft applications
- Required
language (s) : English & BM
- Candidate
able to speak in Mandarin is added advantage
- Must be able
in performance management, coaching and motivating staffs
- Candidate
with process design, implementation and improvement experience is added
advantage
- Strong in
problem solving and decision making abilities and high level
interpersonal and communication skills
- Applicants
must be willing to in PJ
- Right
working attitude, able to coordinate and work as a team, work
independently and able to handle multi task
- Meticulous,
Accurate, Systematic and Organized

Responsibilities:
- To lead,
coach and develop a team of multi-lingual support representatives
- Responsible
to work with multiple parties in the assessment and implementation of
global, regional and local
- Maintaining
process, procedural compliance to ensure contracted SLAs are met and
implementing remedial actions when necessary
- Investigate
and resolve internal and external escalations
- Continually
seeking improvement in efficiency through reviewing and changing
practices
- Maintain
operational systems, processes and procedures and be available to
provide direct support to customers if required
- To develop
team cohesiveness, increase employee motivation and satisfaction and
reduce staff churn
