Service Coordinator

Requirements:
  • At least Diploma or higher
  • Good team player and Multitasking capabilities.
  • Proven initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to learn attitude.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills with positive working attitude.
  • Able to work independently under minimum supervision
  • Pro-active, responsible and has ability to multi-task
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a backend support staff to the sales team
  • Manage customers tracking directory/system to ensure it is up- to – date.
  • Manage Sales Order
  • Attend to sales enquiries, price quotation
  • Issue Purchase Order to supplier and follow up with suppliers to ensure prompt delivery of goods.
  • Work closely with principles and create a strong relationship with customers.
