Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any field.
At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Executives specializing in Service Admin or equivalent.
Able to work under pressure, tough, Independent & mature
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
Full-Time & Immediate positions available.
Possess Own vehicle.

Responsibilities:

To monitor and ensure completeness of project site files within set target date
To monitor and keep track of installation tools
To monitor and ensure all engineering hours are captured in the computerized system.
To monitor and to liaise closely with principals and suppliers on all RMA requests. To keep track of repair/replacement parts status.
To maintain proper record and monitor payment receivables by checking clients' accounts for outstanding payments before executing job schedule. Undertake skills gap analysis and work closely with internal department and identify training needs of staff
To monitor spares’ levels and to request for replenishment when stocks are low. To monitor stock movements to ensure it tallies with store movements and computerized reports. To conduct checks to ensure physical stock tallies with the computerized record.
To maintain safe custody of all documents and ensure its proper filing to avoid misplacement of documents and to facilitate its easy retrieval.
To prepare and create maintenance agreement in SAP system.
To undertake any other tasks as and when assigned.
