Sales Operation Manager

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Advanced Diploma in any business field, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 6 years of working experience in Service operation.
  • Candidate from IT industry is added advantage
  • Capable to using MS Office applications i.e., Word, Excel, powerpoint
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Good command of English, BM and Chinese (Both written and Spoken)
  • Good Personality, interpersonal skill and able to communicate with all levels of people
  • Strong leadership qualities and dynamic personality
  • Possess strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Candidate must a Customer Oriented & Multitasking
  • Permanent position available.
  • Occasionally travel to oversea (AsiaPacific).

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate and roll-out customer service related initiatives within the station/ country in line with the corporate directions
  • Review KPI’s and enhance overall service quality
  • Ensure that regular service reviews are held with customers and attend the reviews that are appropriate
  • Escalation point to the service team for any matters/ issues that needs a management decision
  • Participate in business review sessions identifying areas for improvement
  • Carry out assessment of the team and evaluation of their performance
  • Ensure resource optimization  and high operating efficiency of the department
  • Ensure that Senior Management are advised of major service issues
