Requirements:
- Min SPM/Certificate/Diploma in
Business Studies or equivalent
- 1-2 years working experience
- Must be PC literate with
proficiency in MS Word, excel PowerPoint and Outlook
- Pleasant personality, good
communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conversant well in English & BM.
- Ability to conversant in Mandarin

- Immediate position

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate
and follow up customer quotations, orders and service job
status with all relevant parties
- Follow up on
costing, pricing and invoicing, upon completion of all
service orders.
- Acting
as contact point to the customers and solve any order related problems
- Follow up
outstanding enquiries and quotations
- Follow up delivery/service disputes and complaints
- Maintenance
of customer service job inquiries, quotations and
orders files locally
- Strictly
adhere to the local sales strategies, sales policies, sales campaigns
and etc set out by the
Account Manager/General
Manager from time to time
