Requirements:
- At
least 5-6 year(s) of working experience in sales admin, credit
control and billing
- Candidate
from property
development
industry is added advantage
- Capable
to using MS Office applications i.e., Word, Excel
- Strong
leadership, independent and business oriented person
- Good
interpersonal and communication skills
- Good
command in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese
- Ability
to speak Chinese will be added advantage
- Candidate
must be able to travel frequently
- Applicants
should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee,
manage and monitor all credit
and administration functions and activities of the department to ensure
a
smooth departmental operation
- Ensure
the credit procedure and guidance
as defined in the Quality Management System at all times.
- Monitor the
overall documentation
and collection of the progressive billings to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Develop
and implement applicable
procedure and policy for credit control.
- Liaison
with purchasers, lawyers and
bankers.
- Responsible
for billing process and
follow up billing
- Report
to General Manager
