Sales Admin Officer
Section 19, PJ
*Salary RM2000-RM2500*
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Candidate with experience in all aspects of divisional Sales Operation or Sales Admin
  • Self-starter and a result-oriented individual with the ability to deliver results with minimum supervision
  • Able to work under pressure, tough, Independent & mature
  • Team player with good organizational skills and positive attitudes
  • Good IT skills including MS Excel and Word
  • Full-Time & Immediate positions available.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and execute sales processing, including preparing sales quotations, processing work orders, delivery orders, invoices and other correspondences, in accordance with the Company's policies, systems and procedures.
  • Provide efficient and effective administration functions
  • Responsible to process purchase orders and to verify that purchases are placed with approved vendors/subcontractors; to monitor receipt of official order acknowledgement and delivery advice from vendors/suppliers.
  • Process, activate and document Sales forecast from Trade Marketing & Sales Operation
  • Responsible for Customer Service
