Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in any
field.
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related
field is required for this position.
- Candidate with experience in all
aspects of divisional Sales Operation or
Sales Admin
- Self-starter
and a result-oriented individual with the ability to deliver results with
minimum supervision
- Able to work under pressure, tough, Independent & mature
- Team
player with good organizational skills and positive attitudes
- Good IT skills including MS Excel
and Word
- Full-Time & Immediate positions available.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and execute sales
processing, including preparing sales quotations, processing work orders,
delivery orders, invoices and other correspondences, in accordance with the
Company's policies, systems and procedures.
- Provide efficient and effective
administration functions
- Responsible to process purchase orders and to verify that
purchases are placed with approved vendors/subcontractors; to monitor receipt
of official order acknowledgement and delivery advice from vendors/suppliers.
- Process, activate and document Sales forecast from Trade
Marketing & Sales Operation
- Responsible for Customer Service
