Requirements:

Certificate/Diploma/Degree holder or equivalent
Experience in Customer Service
Computer literate
Good command of English, both written and oral
Superior customer services and customer relations skills

Responsibilities:

Welcome distributors and visitors with smile and polite greeting
Handle distributors’ enquiries
Order Processing (All types of order)
Generate reports needed on daily basis
Perform any other work-related tasks or projects as assigned
