Customer Service Assistant

*Salary RM1600-RM2000*
Requirements:
  • Cert/Dip in Business Studies with 1-2 yrs relevant customer service or data entry experience
  • Good PC skills and meticulous with detail
  • Pleasant telephone manners with good communication skills in English
  • Good attitude, flexible in approach and willing to learn.
Responsibility:

  • Take order from customer 
  • Handdle customer complaint issues i.e., delivery
  • Ensure accurate data entry for faxed-in and other paper based orders
