*Salary RM1600-RM2000*

Requirements: Cert/Dip in Business Studies with 1-2 yrs relevant customer service or data entry experience Good PC skills and meticulous with detail Pleasant telephone manners with good communication skills in English Good attitude, flexible in approach and willing to learn.

Responsibility: Take order from customer  Handdle customer complaint issues i.e., delivery Ensure accurate data entry for faxed-in and other paper based orders
