- Possess sound knowledge on telephone
etiquette, customer service principles and practices
- Proficient in MS
Office
- Willing to work
on Saturday

Responsibilities:
- Answering phones professionally and
respond to customer inquiries in regards products and services information
- Handle and resolve customer’s issues with
the required information using available resources
- Process and issue service orders
- Route service orders to appropriate
channels
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
