Requirements:

Diploma/
Cert in any relevant field

Fresh
Graduate will be considered.

PC
literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office

Good
written and verbal communications skills in English.

Reliable,
able to work independently and has a desire to grow with the company.

Posses an
ethical mind, a mature and confident
disposition, positive attitude, self-motivated with good interpersonal
and
communication skills.

Responsibility:
-
Visit companies in assigned territory to identify potential
customers
-
Develop and maintain good relationship with assigned accounts to
maximize customer satisfaction
-
Conduct user trainings on multi-function machines and related
software and also high-end fax machines
-
Conduct customer satisfaction survey and handle customers’
complaints
-
Attend to customers’ enquiries, requests and handle sales order
processing
