Customer Service Coordinator
KL Central, PJ, Shah Alam
*Salary RM2000 - 3000*
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/"A" Level, Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business, IT, Eelctrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English.
  • Preferred language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time positions available.

Responsibilities :

  • Attend to customer calls with proper courtesy, promptly and manners
  • Handle customer service complaints and ensuring proper action have been taken.
  • Prepare monthly summary service report.
  • Prepare purchasing for spare parts and daily monitoring of spare parts.
  • Attend to indoor walk-in customers for service.
  • Ensuring all customer services are settled according to our customer service policy.
  • Handle customer enquiries and ensuring the customers are satisfied.
  • Assist in improving the process of the customer service department to ensure progress and smoother flow of operation
