Customer Service cum Administrator Executive

*Salary RM2500-RM3000*
Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in Business Administration/Management/Mass Communication

  • At least 2 years relevant experience in a Building Management Environment

  • Good command of spoken and written English & BM

  • Meticulous to details, mentally alert, familiar to computer applications system & Internal control procedure

  • Pleasant personality and excellent customer service skill

Responsibility:
  • Attend to purchasers/occupants enquiry and liaise with technical team in attending to all enquiries

  • To review, prepare and monitor all forms of service agreements

  • To advice staff and ensure adherence on HR policy and procedures

  • Handle correspondence and communication with clients, inter-departments, owners or tenants, and suppliers

  • To prepare and monitor the monthly outstanding Service Request / Service Order / Purchase Order report
