Requirements:

Degree/Diploma
in Business Administration/Management/Mass
Communication

least 2 years relevant experience in a Building
Management Environment

command of spoken and written English & BM

Meticulous
to details, mentally alert, familiar to computer
applications system & Internal control procedure

Pleasant
personality and excellent customer service
skill

Responsibility:
-
Attend
to purchasers/occupants enquiry and liaise with
technical team in attending to all enquiries
-
To
review, prepare and monitor all forms of service
agreements
-
To
advice staff and ensure adherence on HR policy and
procedures
-
Handle
correspondence and communication with clients,
inter-departments, owners or tenants, and suppliers
-
To
prepare and monitor the monthly outstanding Service
Request / Service Order / Purchase Order report
