Customer Service Support

Requirments:


  • Diploma in any discipline
  • Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Possess good telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills with natural aptitude for dealing with people
  • Ability to multitask and work independently as well as a good team member
  • Working experience in contact centre will be advantageous  
Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customers’ general inquiries and service-related request through phone or  e-mail
  • Comply to guidelines on customer service best practices and data input   requirements
  • Coordinate service calls received from customers and despatch to on-site technician to ensure optimum response time to customers
  • Observe data input work processes and deadlines
