Customer Service Manager

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate/Diploma/Advanced Diploma in any business field, Commerce, Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 4-5 years of working experience in Customer Service.
  • Capable to using MS Office applications i.e., Word, Excel, powerpoint
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Good command of English, BM and Chinese (Both written and Spoken)
  • Customer Oriented, Independant and good analytical skill
  • Pleasant and cheerful personality
  • Permanent position available.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and sustain a customer-oriented culture by improving and executing customer service strategies
  • Manage and monitor the customer service overall performance, develop strategies to achieve goals or targets set.
  • Communicate with customers and concern about  their needs, orders, quotations, products and informations
  • To motivate and must be able to present effective solutions to customers within specified time frame set.
  • To monitor and update customer database into system
  • Monitor SLA
  • Act as the key point of contact for the local media in market.
  • Responsible for media relations, media monitoring, press release distribution, media database management, corporate communications.
