Customer Service Executive

Industry: Chemical Trading
 
  Requirements:
  • Customer order processing, liasing with customers on delivery, report generation, adhere to ISO procedures and attend to customer enquiries/ requests and etc.
  • Act as sales support to Business Unit Head and Sales team
  • Inventory - stock planning, liaise with shipper/suppliers, import/ export documentation, report generation, adhere to ISO procedures and insurance claims for damaged goods
  • Act as sales support to Business Unit Head and Sales team
 
 
  Responsibilities:
  • Degree/ Diploma in any disciplines
  • Preferably 2-3 years experience in accounts, sales coordination and purchasing
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive with a pleasant personality
  • Able to work independently and withstand pressure
  • Computer literate
