Customer Service Executive
KL, Selangor
*Salary RM1500-RM2500*

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field
  • Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor.
  • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining & Managing Customer Database.
  • Responsible to Order Processing and follow up on delivery status of orders
  • Prepare Quotation, Invoicing and delivery order
  • Prepare documents and control incoming & outgoing shipment
  • Inventory Management & Reporting
  • To monitor and update all shipment detail into system
  • Assisting in customer database management
  • Responsible to support the day-to-day operation activities
  • Responsible for the whole non-stock procurement process which includes managing local suppliers’ quotations.
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of all Logistic related documents in the areas of your responsibility
