Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Economics or
equivalent
- 2-3 years experience in Customer Service/Sales Support
- Excellent interpersonal &
communication skills
- Excellent in Computer Skill

Responsibilities:

Review and discuss team members performance
-
Monitoring team members schedule; such as leave
approval.
-
Leading the team towards achieving required service
levels.
-
Assist Supply Chain manager in sales forecast and sales
achievement
-
Receive enquiries and prepare quotations
-
Verification of Customers’ purchase prior to processing sales order
-
Prepare sales orders, issuing PO’s to division and generating invoices
-
Provide weekly sales forecast to sales team
-
Update Sales forecast & Actual figures
-
Notify customers when shipment is ready for pick up .
-
Monitor all incoming shipments
- Communicate with customer on order status
- Handling customer complaint
on defective products and wrong invoicing
