Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in any related field 
  • At least 2-3 years working experience in Customer Service 
  • Canddidate must proactive, detail, mature and must have good coordination skills
Responsibilities:
  • Oder managment, analysis , reporting 
  • Delivery planning & scheduling 
  • Revenue forecasting 
  • Order tracking 
  • Liaise with 3rd party logistic to ensure stock arrive on time 
  • Liaise with Client- retail outlet & franchisee
