Customer Service Assistant
Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya
*Salary RM 2000-RM 3000*

Requirements:


  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business, IT , and other equivalent qualifications.
  • Possess self-initiative, creativity, strong drive, enthusiasm and must willing to learn
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
  • Computer literate, proficient with Microsoft office applications
  • Good communication skills
  • Able to work on shift (8am-5pm) (1pm-8pm
  • Systematic and organized
 

Responsibilities:

  • To be the first line contact for customers by handling inbound and outbound telephone calls
  • Proactively assist and respond in a timely manner to customer complaints
  • Follow up with call status and parts requisition.
  • Acting as contact point to the customers and solve any order related problem
  • Follow up delivery/service disputes and complaints
  • Maintenance of customer service job inquiries, quotations and orders files locally
