Requirements:
- Diploma/degree
in any discipline, with 2-3 year(s) of working
experience in call
centre environment
- Preferably
in an environment
providing basic
technical support and intermediate
proficiency in all Microsoft
Office applications.
- A
Self starter with strong drive and able to
work independently
- Possess
a strong customer service
mindset, problem solving skill and excellent communication
skills in Thai
and English.
- Ability
to
contribute to and work within a team-based environment.
- Possess
positive working attitude, be able to
work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Applicants
should be Malaysian
citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Responsibilities:
- Attending to
inbound calls with excellence
service
and first call resolution
- Efficiently
and accurately diagnose and
resolve hardware or software related problems
- Responsible
to identify call type,
utilise appropriate system resource and adhere to logging procedures.
- Process
of consumables and supplies
orders for customers.
- Initiate
escalation procedures and
advise appropriate areas of urgent issues.
- Responsible
to update of customer
records and escalation of service contract administration issues.
- Ensure
both the efficient operation
& Customer satisfaction
