Requirements:


  • Diploma/degree in any discipline, with 2-3 year(s) of working experience in call centre environment
  • Preferably in an environment providing basic technical support and intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • A Self starter with strong drive and able to work independently
  • Possess a strong customer service mindset, problem solving skill and excellent communication skills in Thai and English.  
  • Ability to contribute to and work within a team-based environment.
  • Possess positive working attitude, be able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
 

Responsibilities:
  • Attending to inbound calls with excellence service and first call resolution
  • Efficiently and accurately diagnose and resolve hardware or software related problems
  • Responsible to identify call type, utilise appropriate system resource and adhere to logging procedures.
  • Process of consumables and supplies orders for customers.
  • Initiate escalation procedures and advise appropriate areas of urgent issues.
  • Responsible to update of customer records and escalation of service contract administration issues.
  • Ensure both the efficient operation & Customer satisfaction
