Customer Support Representative (Hokkien/Mandarin) x 20 - MNC
Petaling Jaya
*Salary RM 2500 - RM 3500 + Bonus*

Requirments:


  • Degree/Diploma in IT , Business Studies or equivalent
  • 2-3 years working experience in helpdesk (handle technical call), preferably in a CALL CENTER/SHARED SERVICE CENTER environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
  • Must EXCELLENT communication skill in Mandarin+Hokkien
  • Candidate must be able to read and write in Traditional Chinese
  • Good listening skills
  • Resourceful, proactive and able to work independently
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with general enquiries, consumables and/or supplies orders and service support requirements, with and focus on service excellence and first call resolution
  • Processing of consumables and supplies orders for customers
  • Responsible to troubleshoot and problem solving by providing basic technical support
  • Use available knowledge bases to effieciently and accurately diagsnose and resolve hardware and software related problems to maximise escalations to engineers or technical specialists
  • Correctly identify call type, utilise appropriate system resource and adhere to logging procedures
  • Pro-active updating of customer records through accurate data entry and escalation of service contract administration issues
