Requirements:
- Diploma/degree in any discipline, with 2-3 year(s) of working
experience in Manufacturing environment
- A Self starter with strong drive and able to
work independently
- Possess a strong customer service mindset,
with effective negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills in
Bahasa Malaysia
and English.
- Possess positive working attitude, be able to
work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to perform multiple tasks
simultaneously
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in
Customer Service or equivalent.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for order processing to ensure all purchase orders are
being executed promptly and customer required delivery date / time are being
met at all time.
- Responsible for Delivery Order, Invoice, Credit Note issuance.
- Response to customers’ inquiries or complaints in a timely and
professional manner.
- Handle all bound calls from customers and able to deliver quality
information and excellent services to customers, ensure customer needs and
requirements are met at all time.
- Liaise with planning, production and warehouse to ensure Delivery
On Time is met.
