Asst. Call Centre Manager
Petaling Jaya
*Salary RM 4000 - RM 7000*
Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in IT, Business Studies or equivalent
  • 4-5 years working experience in supervisory level preferably in a CALL CENTER Environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
  • Must EXCELLENT written and oral communication in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Candidate MUST with experience in setting up call centre
  • Candidate with knowledge of Customer Relationship Management & technical knowledge on telehone system is added advantage
  • Good listening skills & Patient
  • Strong in problem solving skills
  • Resourceful, proactive and able to work independently
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office applications
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to set up the call centre, recruitment of new staff and managing the call centre.
  • Liaison with IT infrastructure on the workings of the call centre.
  • Report and analyze updates on the call centre development.
  • Coaching, Training, and motivate of staffs
  • Manage, lead & guidance provided to staff in order to maintain excellent operational efficiency
  • Responsible to process improvement and enhance call centre operations
  • Control and minimize overhead expenses
  • Adherence to security and safety procedures
