Quantity Surveyor

*Salary RM2500-RM3500*
Requirements:
  • Diploma / Degree in Quantity Survey
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience in construction industry working under contractor environment.
  • Good knowledge of costing, tender evaluation, evaluation of claims, contract documentation and contract administration.
  • Conversant in MS Office.
  • Conversant in standard terms and conditions of contract.
Responsibility:
  • Tender evaluation, evaluation of claims, contract documentation and contract administration.
  • Cost estimation and cost control
