Receptionist
Sec U8, Shah Alam
*Salary RM1500-RM1800*
Requirements:
  • SPM /Cert/Diploma in any discipline preferable in Business
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience as receptionist or Clerk
  • Pleasant with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Preferably female with pleasant personality
  • Fresh Graduate is encourage to apply


Responsibility:
  • Handle all incoming call with professionalisms manner.
  • Clearing all incoming faxes/transmitting all outgoing faxes and distribute to the respective staff and file them accordingly 
  • Taking down of all telephone messages in the event that staff is not available and conveys the message to the person concerned 
  • Ac-hoc duties as required by superior
