Franchise Coordinator

*Salary RM 2000 - RM 2500*
Requirements:

 

  • Min Diploma in any discipline is preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Systematic and able to work independently and meeting datelines
  • Min 3 years experience in similar capacity
Responsibilities:
  • Daily Sales Tracking 
  • Coordinate workshop for ASEAN & Malaysia ie hotels, flights, F&B, materials, payments, HCC approval.
  • Arrange business travel for staff in the franchise assigned
  • Tracking of advertising & promotion expenses for the franchise
  • Coordinate marketing materials ie copy review, liaising with vendor.
  • Other admin support for franchise & ad hoc assignment
