Assistant Sales Admin Manager

Requirements:

  • At least 4-5 year(s) of working experience in sales admin, credit control and billing
  • Candidate from property development industry is added advantage
  • Capable to using MS Office applications i.e., Word, Excel
  • Strong leadership, independent and business oriented person
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Chinese
  • Ability to speak Chinese will be added advantage
  • Candidate must be able to travel frequently
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Permanent & Immediate position available

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee, manage and monitor all credit and administration functions and activities of the department to ensure a smooth departmental operation
  • Ensure the credit procedure and guidance as defined in the Quality Management System at all times.
  • Monitor the overall documentation and collection of the progressive billings to ensure healthy cash flow.
  • Develop and implement applicable procedure and policy for credit control.
  • Liaison with purchasers, lawyers and bankers.
  • Responsible for billing process and follow up billing
  • Report to General Manager
