Administrator cum HR Officer
Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya
*Salary RM 2000 - RM 2500*
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Computer Literature.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably Female.
  • Must be familiarised with Human Resource matters, EPF and Socso deductions.
  • Pleasant personality & ability to work independantly.
  • 1 Full-Time position available.
  • Must be able to start immediately.
Responsibilities:

  • Assisting in providing an efficient and effective HR administrative support.
  • To assist in payroll system.
  • To maintain, update and prepare all staffs' leave, medical sick leave and attendance records.
  • Responsible for insurance coverage of vehicles, and claims as well.
  • To assist Marketing in handling customers' requirement at times.
