Requirements:

  • Candidate must posses at least a diploma in any fields 
  • Preferably 1 year experience in related field 
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English 
  • PC literate with proficiency in Microsoft office 
  • Knowledge of SAP accounting system will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:
  • Handling of company car reservation/bookings 
  • Handling of all expense payment on maintenance team and company house related functions 
  • Renewal of car road tax and insurance 
  • Data entry and keeping records of utilities 
  • Administration of company car service and repair works 
  • Administration of office maintenance related matters
