Requirements:
- Candidate must
posses at least a diploma in any fields
- Preferably 1
year experience in related field
- Good written
and verbal communication skills in English
- PC literate
with proficiency in
Microsoft office
- Knowledge of
SAP accounting system will be an added advantage

Responsibilities:
- Handling
of company car reservation/bookings
- Handling of all
expense payment on maintenance team and
company house related
functions
- Renewal of
car road tax and insurance
- Data entry
and keeping records of utilities
- Administration
of company car service and repair works
- Administration
of office maintenance related matters
